What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
My slime package was damaged and/or I received the wrong slime, what do I do?
Please contact us with clear photos or video proof of your slime(s) within 1 business day after delivery for a solution.
Slimes that have been opened and played with are not applicable for a refund or store credit.
We are not responsible for packages returned back to us without a return authorization.
What is your shipping policy?
We use USPS with tracking. There are many delivery options to select from before you checkout.
All domestic and international packages are insured and liable for loss or damage, at no extra cost, for up to $100.00. Please contact us if you wish to add additional insurance to your order.
We are not responsible for lost or refused packages.
For international orders, we are not responsible for duties taxes and brokerage fees from customs. The receiver of the package will be billed by customs separately for any additional charges.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped in 1-3 business days.
USA orders will typically arrive between 2-5 days. International orders will typically arrive between 14-21 days.
Please be aware that these delivery time estimates are based on 5 working days and do not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. In some cases, packages can arrive quicker than estimated time above based on your preferred carrier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, DISCOVER, JCB, Diner's Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
You can also pay with a credit card via PayPal without signing up for a PayPal account.
How can I cancel or change my order info?
If your order’s status is still pending and has not yet been shipped, you can cancel your order by logging into your account. You can also contact us if you want to make a change to your order or cancel it.
